300HR Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

Overview
The Present Practice 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is an advanced, immersive, and deeply embodied program for teachers and dedicated practitioners ready to refine their craft, expand their mastery, and step into leadership — on and off the mat.
This training forms the 250-hour core curriculum of the Present Practice 300HR Path, a signature program that offers a powerful blend of structure and choice. You’ll receive a rigorous, thoughtfully sequenced education across philosophy, advanced asana, sequencing, hands-on assisting, pranayama, meditation, and subtle body studies.
Following the 250-hour core curriculum, you’ll complete a 50-hour specialization module of your choice — allowing you to tailor your RYT-500 pathway to your unique interests and teaching goals.

You may complete your specialization in the same year or in any future year.
All trainees must have completed a 200HR Yoga Alliance–approved program or receive faculty approval.
Training runs March 24 – July 26, 2026, with weekday evenings and one weekend immersion per month.

Core 250-Hour Curriculum (This Training)
This program includes all five core modules of the Present Practice 300HR path. Each module may also be purchased individually or as the full curriculum.
Final 50-Hour Specialization (Flexible Timing)
Choose the specialization that aligns with your path.
Complete it anytime after finishing the core curriculum.
Must be an approved Present Practice module to qualify for RYT-500.
This modular model offers maximum flexibility within a clear, supported structure.

To receive your Present Practice 300HR Certificate (qualifying for RYT-500), you must:
Complete the full 250-hour core curriculum
Arrange absences in advance + complete all make-up work
Teach 1 Community Class at Present Practice
Observe 5 classes + submit reflections
Assist 4 classes
Complete a final practicum + written reflection
Complete an approved 50-hour specialization module

morgan O’Hare
Founder of Present Practice • E-RYT 500
Morgan is the founder of Present Practice and creator of the Present Practice School of Yoga, which has trained over 100 teachers in Austin and worldwide. She began teaching in 2015 and has guided thousands of students through classes, retreats, and trainings.
Her intentional sequencing, warm presence, and skill for cultivating community define the Present Practice experience. With a background in nutritional science and strategy consulting, she brings intellect, intuition, and leadership into every training.
Morgan now leads global retreats and transformative programs rooted in embodiment, presence, and personal evolution.
leah cullis
Author • Holistic Wellbeing Coach • E-RYT 500
Leah is an internationally recognized yoga teacher, author, and wellbeing expert. She led Yoga at the White House from 2009–2016, has been featured on the cover of Yoga Journal, and brings decades of experience to her teaching and mentorship.
Her approach blends strength and surrender, alignment and intuition — empowering students to grow with curiosity and joy. As founder of the Empowered Yoga School, her depth of wisdom elevates every cohort.
Together, Morgan and Leah offer a powerful blend of lineage, leadership, depth, and heart.
Carter miles

Carter is a seasoned teacher known for blending tradition with modern understanding. His approach integrates biomechanics, meditation, philosophy, and subtle energetics into a grounded, powerful teaching style. With clarity, steadiness, and presence, he helps students expand their edges with skill and heart.
