About Present Practice

At Present Practice, we believe life is not a problem to solve—it’s a sacred curriculum to walk. And yoga is not something we do—it’s how we live.

Founded by Morgan O’Hare, Present Practice is an international sanctuary for self-discovery—offering transformational retreats, teacher trainings, and online programs that guide you back to the truth of who you are. Our work bridges ancient wisdom with modern life, helping you remember that peace, purpose, and presence are not destinations—they are daily practices.

Rooted in the three pillars of Discipline, Discovery, and Devotion, our approach weaves together:

  • People practicing yoga in a spacious room with large windows showing mountains outside.

Vinyasa yoga grounded in intelligent movement and alignment

  • A woman in a black top and green pants is kneeling with her hands pressed together in prayer, in front of a man in traditional indigenous attire who is performing a ritual or ceremony. Four other women sit on the floor behind her with their eyes closed and hands pressed together in prayer. The scene takes place in a bright room with large windows and a wooden floor.

Breathwork and meditation to regulate the nervous system

  • Group of people sitting in a circle around a campfire outdoors at dusk, with mountains and trees in the background.

Philosophical and spiritual study for living with depth and intentionality

  • Woman painting the interior of a small clay pot with a paintbrush in a pottery studio.

Soulful rituals and self-inquiry to reconnect with your dharma (your purpose)
