Class Schedule

At Present Practice, our classes are led by some of Austin’s most experienced and respected teachers, each bringing their unique lineage, wisdom, and approach. We offer a wide range of practices, including heated and non-heated vinyasa, power vinyasa, yin, kundalini, breathwork & meditation, hot mat Pilates, and high-energy cardio & strength sculpt. Some classes are designed to challenge your edge and expand your capacity; others create space for stillness, restoration, and reflection. We provide premium Jade Yoga props to support your practice.

Beyond daily classes, we offer workshops and teacher trainings for those called to go deeper—on and off the mat.
