Yoga, Pilates & Presence
Start each day with a nourishing Pilates class, blending breath-led movement, mindful sequencing and gentle strength work. Practices are rooted in presence and designed to leave you feeling strong, spacious and aligned in your body. Special workshops and restorative flows guide you deeper into relaxation and awareness, including gentle yoga, core-focused Pilates, and mindful movement sessions.
Slow Living & Spacious Afternoons
This retreat invites you to embrace the art of slowing down. Afternoons are intentionally unstructured:
- Lounge by the private pool with a refreshing drink
- Explore local villages like Port de Sóller for coffee, shopping, or a quiet stroll
- Enjoy stillness with a book, nap, or conversation under the trees
Seasonal Mallorcan Cuisine
Meals are prepared by a local (Michelin-rated) chef, focusing on fresh, seasonal flavors, colorful salads, Mediterranean grains, local cheeses, and light takes on Spanish classics.

With over five years of experience teaching yoga and Pilates, and having facilitated 12 teacher training programs in the past two years, Claire brings both expertise and authenticity to everything she leads.
She creates an accessible environment where everyone can come to move with their breath and the beat of the music. You'll leave her class feeling challenged, supported, and asking her to send you the playlist.
Claire is dedicated to helping folks build a mind-body connection and approach movement as a form of creative expression.
