200HR Yoga Teacher Training
Led by Morgan O’Hare & Leah Cullis
Overview
The Present Practice 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a transformative foundational program designed to deepen your practice, expand your understanding of yoga, and prepare you to teach with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Rooted in classical yoga philosophy and integrated with modern, embodied practice, this training blends:
Functional anatomy
Sequencing & theming
Meditation & breathwork
Subtle body studies
The art of presence
Many students join the program with the desire to teach — and just as many enroll to deepen their personal practice, explore inner work, and embody yoga beyond the mat.
Throughout the training, you’ll also participate in Present Practice signature experiences including a Half-Day Retreat and special workshops (included in your tuition).
Required readings (under $100) will be purchased separately.
Training runs March 31 – May 26, 2026, with weekly sessions and monthly weekend intensives.
